This Tuesday was this girl that I work with's last day. Before she left she sent me a snarky IM and signed off. Today she emailed me
Isabel,
I just wanted to let you know that I did not appreciate the way you treated me whatsoever while I was working at Infra. You were constantly on my back for no apparent reason. Of course, I wasn't going to make as many calls as the average person when I only have my left hand to work with. I had surgery on my right hand (my dominant one) and have not gained back mobility as of yet. When Scott was training me he told me that it'd be good to shoot for 25-30 calls an hour. I did my best and I met that mark 9 out of 10 times. You'd send me IMs to get on initials when I was at the freaking bathroom or on an inbound! It seemed to me that you were on a big "power trip". Just in case you didn't know, you aren't the call center manager and even if you were, you shouldn't be treating people the way you treated me. It's really hard to have any respect for people when they treat you poorly and claim to have such superiority when in reality they don't have much at all.
It's funny that you would think the IM I sent you before I left was my "shy way of saying goodbye". We were never even formally introduced to each other and you were rude to me 95% of the time, so saying goodbye to you did not come close to making my list of priorities. So now that I'm gone maybe you'll come off your power trip and treat people a little better, but I guess that's probably wishful thinking. So all that being said, I wish you luck in your future jobs, I'm sure you'll be well-liked by all.
